Kenyan Visitors to School 28 Mar 2012

As part of the International Voices project, we are lucky to have a connection to a school in Kenya called Joseph Kangethe. The school is in Nairobi, the capital of Kenya. Three teachers came over from the area to look at a contrasting locality. The teachers have a passion for music and they came down to listen to and enjoy our wonderful music in our school. The three teachers observed and joined in with Lerryn class, Helford class, the choir and samba club. It was a great opportunity for everyone and we are hoping that our connection will grow through sending local music, stories and other resources to them in return for theirs.

A big thank you must go to Mrs Churchley for organising the visit.
