The importance of sleep 18 Nov 2015

Lerryn class have been learning about why we need sleep to keep our bodies healthy and our brains ready to learn. We discussed how much sleep a child their age needs and things that can help them to sleep well. We also talked about how they feel when they have slept well and how they feel when they haven’t had enough sleep. The children enjoyed using role play to share their learning about sleep, we were impressed with their performances and how much they knew. Ask your child to tell you some sleep facts!
