Tamar Class Make Massive Scale Cave Art 1 Oct 2012

Tamar class made this HUGE mural in art last term during their topic on artists. It was over 6 meters long and very heavy! The surface was constructed of recycled cardboard, sand, PVA and emulsion, while the images were drawn in charcoal, chalk and natural pigment. We even tried to make paint out of blackberries, damsons and sea buckthorn berries! Thanks must go to Maxine Hart once again for working so hard with our children to produce such and excellent job.
