Lerryn Class Make Spooky Halloween Art 24 Oct 2013

Look at the exciting artwork we produced this afternoon.

We started with a ‘window’ template and then glued strips of tissue paper to it. Once done, we left it to dry and cut out our spooky motifs. Then we simply flipped the background over and glued our motifs on. Mr Wild had to help us with some of the trickier cutting using his craft knife.

Our artwork looks particularly effective in the window so that light shines through from behind – rather like a stained glass window.

The children can’t wait to take them home!
